im not really good at typing up long paragraphs of bullshit but im gonna do my best, try not to sound like a jerk and just get right to the point with the relevent information. (take note most of this is recycled bullshit, but it seems a few of you just arent using your brains and reading it)

4 rounds db + 4 granary + 4 well = 12 rounds am i right? and after the 12 rounds, 11 points were won in favour of DMS (thats DMS 6 - NBK 5 for those that arent good with numbers)

where in the rules does it say sudden death ONLY COUNTS if it ISNT a stalemate? it doesnt it says sudden death counts, a poorly written rule but thats what it says, you cant just say OH WAIT NO, STALEMATE DOESNT COUNT AFTER ALL

oh and btw the way, I guarentee we would have the exact same situation if it was DMS who were 2-1 down after playing that 4th round stalemate, strik said it himself, he follows the rules and according to the rules, 4 rounds were played AND sudden death counts.

To keep it real Strik. I requested for a 2nd EC server when we all sat in spectator on DB WC. U refused making one. U already broke the agreement by making a WC server, and when I told u we want a 2nd EC server u refused.


We adhered to the written rules and played the 12 rounds stipulated.

After 12 rounds the score was 6-5 and 1 sudden death stalemate.

The rules state 4 rounds to be played/sudden death counts and 4 were played the video is there to see. 4 rounds were played and it ended in SD and Stalemate = draw. We didn't agree anywhere to play 5 rounds of EC WELL, unless sitaution would've been 2-2.

There is no need to play 13 rounds when clan leaders both agreed to 12.

TOT_MCsentry as the 3rd committee member has the right to say and give his verdict. I don't agree with his verdict, as rules state clearly who won. We followed RULES THROUGHOUT tourney and finals and won according to what RULES STATED.

My PSN Reply to TOT_MCsentry;

You shouldn't have sided with my or Indos opinion, but remained objective and sided with what the rules state. Rules state SD counts on WELL. STALEMATE should count. And if there has been some sort of intention with SD and stalemate DMS & other clans didn't know of it should've been mentioned somewhere (in rules). We believed we won fairly, everybody went to spectator and left the server after that. I think its wrong to decide such a thing to NBKs favor AFTER 4 PLAYED ROUNDS on EC WELL.

Ofcourse NBK will accept the verdict, because they'll get a 2ND chance.



Earlier during tourney I decided to not want to deal with NBK in any TF2 related matters after the tourney, either we win or lose. Now after the Finals I still feel the same way. NBK leaders have not shown any kind of sportmanship or mutual respect towards DMS in this summer tourney. Strik9 accusing me public on Chat Boxes and PMS community site with false accusations after DMS 1st win on NBK earlier during tournament was the start. Anhsirk showing great maturity and sportmanship by playing with another NBK members account shows the respect Anhsirk show others as the former and leader of NBK. NBK leader / members sending private messages to our member prior to tourney about how we couldn't stand a chance against NBKs' strongest setup was not only cheap, but an indirect attack on me as the former and leader of DMS. Publicly and Privately underestimating our clan is what u leaders have been doing prior and during summer tourney. Respect is an overused word in this scene, but I still use it and I expect to be treated with the same respect I treat others. That's why I ask myself the question; why do I and representives of other clans have to put up with your / both NBK leaders behavior? Your two-faced acts and statements have made me realise there's no need for us to continue dealing with eachother in the future. Bare in mind this has nothing to do with hate towards you two. Your inappropriate, two-faced and immature behavior has brought u to your current sitaution. I suggest u take a look in the mirror if u wish to find a solution.


word for word, oldboy,i could not agree with you more. i see that everytime someone says to NBK that the rules say that Sudden Death counts they have no answer.

STALEMATE IS A RESULT OF SUDDEN DEATH, AND SUDDEN DEATH, AS WRITTEN IN THE RULES FOR ALL TO SEE... COUNTS.

it is not DMS' fault if mcsentry/strik have not fully explained stalemates before the tourny and written it in the rules. this is mcsentry/striks fault. and yet DMS are being punished. the rules DO NOT say 4 points per map, so why are NBK arguing? The rules do say on the other hand, that 4 rounds per map. correct me if im wrong, but DMS did play 4 rounds each map. so after the 4th round of well was completed, they had every right to leave the game. as it was finished or in other words, COMPLETED, meaning no forfeit was triggered by thier actions whatsoever. end of story.

if something isnt covered by the the pretourney rules...

then the GAMES prebuilt in rules kick in

TF2 says a stalemate means nothing..

its a no-contest... like a rainout in baseball

if we are talking about sportmanship... like Oldboy ranted about in his post!

then FU DMS... U came here with a raid of about 20 (all came within 10 sec) in a planned spamming of our site. Calling us losers and way worse. Then have the balls to say we are unsportsmanlike...

a definition of "stalemate" from tf2wiki:

When a round goes into Sudden death, and neither team manages to kill the other or complete the objectives within the final time limit, the game is a Stalemate, and neither team receives a point. This also produces an effect similar to Humiliation, except that both teams lose their weapons and can only run around and taunt until the round ends a few seconds later. It is possible to kill opposing members with taunt attacks. However you cannot use taunt attacks unless you were equipped with the weapon that activates it when stalemate begins.

This isnt opinion its fact:

your verdict was wrong according to what definition of stalemate says and what both clans agreed on. Nothing has to be replayed in my/our opinion.

6 - 5, and 1 tie. DMS won the tourney by fair play and being loyal to the stated rules.
