the pyro has the silhouette of a man but he has a little purse with a flower on it. could our psycho pyro just has a strange love for flowers or is he homosexual, maybe it's just a woman who failed cooking and went psycho on it ; trying to burn every single person who didn't eat her cake... you decide.  |

right this spoils the fun so dont read on if you dont want to get the facts.
its an inside joke with valve. when they did the character making stage, a member accidentally called the pyro a she. ever since then, they laughed about it all the way through, till someone put this little easter egg in.
i got this from wiki turning it into my own words. google pyro female ( or something like that) and find out for yourself.

erm no KT strong women brings back images of all those eastern Europe female's in the shot putt and javelin at the Olympics with hairy arm pits and deep voices in the 80's before the collapse of the Berlin wall when steroids was the norm
